Safety Advisory - Please Drive with Care

Board members have noticed an increasing number of inquiries lately by homeowners regarding their concerns over posted speed limits within our gated community. For the safety of others and especially our children... please drive responsibly, exercise care while driving, and observe and adhere to all posted speed limits. We appreciate and thank you for your efforts and commitment to continue to make our community safe for everyone.

Messages from the Board of Directors

Your Board of Directors would like to thank all property owners for their support in changing the minimum square footage that is required for construction. This amendment change to the Declaration of Covenants of Plantation Pointe is so important to the preservation of our investments. On December 23, 2008 the amendment change was legally recorded in Caldwell County, NC. Thanks to those who helped make this possible!

If anyone would like a picture of their home included on the PPHOA website please send us a copy and we will include it with the pictures we currently have.

Gate Codes

For security reasons, we no longer have a generic gate code and will be using personal gate code numbers. Please contact the PPHOA, using the Contact Us form on the website to request a unique personal gate code for your use. Please include your lot number and email address so we may contact you if your code has been assigned to another property owner. If you do not hear back from us you can assume your gate code has been accepted and entered onto the main gate keypad. Always use the # sign before you enter your personal code. You can also order a hand held remote(s) to open the main gate by sending a check to the PP address on the Contact Us page. Currently, each remote is $25 dollars plus $3 dollars for shipping. Include with your check the address you want the remote shipped to. After we receive your check we will order the remote and ship it to you.

Ongoing Reminder

Property Owners -- Septic permits are only valid for five years. For questions regarding septic permits, contact the Caldwell County Environmental Health Department. It is probably less expensive to renew the permit before it expires.
